I make a good living, sitting At my desk all day. I can take breaks at any time and eat whatever I want.

I’ve nothing to complain about except a lack of self-discipline. That freedom to eat has been trouble.

Over the last few years, I’ve drifted into being overweight. This is about where I am medically, around 218lbs:

I’m not alone in this. But I’ve been inspired by a few people lately:

Here’s where I’d like to before the end of the year: 180lbs and in the middle of the Normal zone, rather than the Overweight zone.
