I joined Jeff Chandler and Marcus Couch for episode 142 of WordPress Weekly on WP Tavern, released on March 21st, 2014. We talked about OSTraining and what teaching Joomla, Drupal, and WordPress reveals about the pain points users run into on each platform. We also discussed the move toward front-end editing in WordPress, and I introduced WICS (Words, Ideas, Clicks, Screens), my system for comparing how easy each platform is to use across a common set of tasks.
