A few people have emailed to ask what module we’re using to welcome people who visit from search engines. If you reach Alledia.com from Google and Yahoo, you’ll see the following text:
The module is SE Keywords, developed by Pietro Gallo, whose also developing search clouds and search modules for Sobi 2.
We’ve had SEKeywords running on Alledia.com plus two other sites and we’ve found the following useful result:
SEKeywords reduced our bounce rate by between 3 and 4% on each site (compared to the average for 2007 so far).
Its not a huge decrease but its certainly welcome. If you can find two other similar improvements, you have 10% more visitors sticking around to visit your site for longer.
